  1. SIA Door Supervisor Course

This course is prepares you to start a career in the Private Security Industry. The door supervisor job roles are becoming more popular with each passing day.

Our door supervisor training has been designed with the aim of helping you to get the top quality training that helps you to qualify for the SIA license. Our team of expert trainers has the skills and knowledge to provide you with in-depth guidance and maintain an engaging environment during the training period. We aim to provide the door supervisor training on the basis of real-life experiences that our trainers have faced in many cases. As a door supervisor, you will be responsible to maintain the safety and security of all those within the premises including the customers, staff, and other individuals within the various licensed premises such as bars, pubs, restaurants, and many other places. The main responsibilities of a door supervisor include maintaining an observation at the entry and exit of the venue.

Entry Requirement:

There are a few basic requirements that must be met before applying for the door supervisor training course. Firstly, the candidate must be 18 years or more of age. In addition to that, the candidate must have good communication skills (both written and spoken).

Teaching Method:

We aim to train you in a classroom with the help of a combination of group and pair activities along with many practical interactive practices such as role play and many more.

Assessment:

The completion of the door supervisor course will be assessed through a system of three separate written exams along with a session of practical assessment. After successfully passing the exam, the candidate can file an application for SIA door supervisor license.

  • Level 1 Health and Safety within a Construction Environment

 Level 1 Health and Safety in a Construction Environment qualification is a foundational course that provides essential knowledge for working safely on a construction site. It covers topics like risk assessment, manual handling, working at height, and safe use of plant and equipment. This qualification is often a mandatory requirement for obtaining a CSCS Green Labourer card and is a starting point for anyone new to the construction industry.

  • First Aid at Work

First Aid at Work Course Introduction

The First Aid at Work (FAW) course is a three-day, Ofqual-regulated qualification that equips learners with the skills and confidence to deal with a wide range of workplace emergencies involving adults.

This comprehensive training is designed for higher-risk workplaces such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and laboratories, where serious injuries or medical emergencies are more likely to occur. Learners gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, enabling them to act effectively until professional medical help arrives.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for:

  • Employees working in high-risk environments (construction, manufacturing, healthcare, laboratories, etc.)
  • Designated workplace first aiders and safety officers
  • Larger teams where comprehensive first aid cover is required
  • Organisations with specific risks or complex health and safety requirements

What you will learn

The First Aid at Work Level 3 course covers a wide range of skills and knowledge, including:

  • Roles and responsibilities of a first aider
  • Incident and casualty assessment

  • Emergency First Aid at Work

Emergency First Aid at Work Course Introduction

The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is a one-day, Ofqual-regulated qualification designed to give learners the essential knowledge and practical skills to respond to workplace emergencies involving adults.

Ideal for low-risk workplaces such as offices, shops, schools, and small businesses, this course ensures that staff can act quickly and effectively until professional medical help arrives. Training combines both theory and practical sessions so learners gain confidence in real-world first aid skills.

Who Should attend?

This course is suitable for:

  • Employees in low-risk workplaces (e.g. offices, retail, schools, small businesses)
  • Appointed persons responsible for first aid in smaller teams
  • Employers needing to meet HSE requirements where a full First Aid at Work qualification is not required

👉 For higher-risk environments, larger teams, or workplaces with specific medical needs, the 3-day First Aid at Work (FAW) course is recommended.
